Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Old South Supply Co. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To request a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Worn clothing or hats
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you selected the wrong size or color, we may be able to offer an exchange if the item is still unused and in stock. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, production/shipping may have already begun.
